1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between Lanfinitas AI and you. By accessing or using Lanfinitas SpecFlow at specflow.lanfinitas.ai, you agree to these Terms.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

2. Service Description

Lanfinitas SpecFlow is an AI-powered garment specification compiler that transforms design descriptions into structured techpacks, bills of materials (BOM), and manufacturing specifications.

3. Eligibility and COPPA Compliance

Lanfinitas SpecFlow is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA, 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Company IP

All platform components — including source code, AI models, the Lanfinitas industrial lexicon, StyleGraph terminology database, visual design, trademarks, and brand assets — are proprietary to Lanfinitas AI and protected under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C.), trademark law (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), and applicable trade secret law including the DTSA, 18 U.S.C. § 1836.

4.2 User Content License

You retain all rights in User Content you submit. You grant Lanfinitas AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.

4.3 Generated Output

You own the techpack outputs generated from your inputs. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before manufacturing use.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Lanfinitas SpecFlow for any unlawful purpose, reverse engineer the platform, submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, use automated scraping tools, or misrepresent your identity.

7. Third-Party Services and BYO-Key Mode

Lanfinitas SpecFlow may integrate with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). In BYO-Key mode, you directly interface with these providers using your own credentials. Lanfinitas AI is not responsible for third-party service terms, pricing, or data practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR MANUFACTURING USE WITHOUT INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL REVIEW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lanfinitas AI from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA rules, except for intellectual property disputes. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
